We successfully represented Futo’s, Inc., a towing company, in the Northern District of Georgia in a case of first impression. The District Court ruled that a towing business qualifies as a retail or service establishment which was an issue of first impression in the Eleventh Circuit.

We represented The Coca-Cola Company in federal court in New Jersey and obtained the dismissal of a $10,000,000.00 breach of contract lawsuit which was affirmed by the 3rd Circuit.

We represented the Fulton County Tax Commissioner in an inter-governmental dispute with the City of Atlanta. The trial court issued a writ of mandamus and permanent injunction against the Tax Commissioner and we obtained a unanimous reversal in the Supreme Court of Georgia.

We represented The Coca-Cola Company as co-counsel with King & Spalding in a class action lawsuit in federal court in New Jersey and obtained a complete dismissal of the lawsuit.

We represented Comcast, as local counsel for White & Case, LLP, in a telecommunications dispute in federal court in Atlanta. The trial court entered a temporary injunction against Comcast and we obtained a reversal in the 11th Circuit.

We represented The Coca-Cola Company in state court in Delaware and obtained the dismissal of a $1,000,000.00 breach of contract lawsuit.

We represented a high net worth individual in a breach of contract action arising from a personal loan. The trial court improperly dismissed the lawsuit based on the statute of frauds and we obtained a reversal in the Georgia Court of Appeals.

We successfully represented the DeKalb County Tax Commissioner in a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of a Local Law purporting to determine how a tax commissioner vacancy would be filled. We had the Local Law declared unconstitutional.

We represented Donegal Mutual Insurance Group. The case involved an appeal from the trial court’s grant of summary judgment to Jeffrey Jarrett in Donegal’s action to enforce a workers’ compensation subrogation lien on Jeffrey Jarrett’s recovery against a third-party tortfeasor in a separate action.

We successfully represented Carestream Dental in this breach of contract action in federal court in Philadelphia, PA. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of Carestream Dental and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed the decision.
